Delivery and delivery time
At Fotofryd, we do our best to ensure your photo is delivered as quickly as possible. Each photo is produced to order, and delivery times may therefore vary.

Production time: 6–8 business days
Shipping: Delivery time varies depending on where in the country the order is sent. Usually between 10-16 days
Shipping to mainland Norway is always included

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at customer service via the contact form below – we are happy to help you find a solution.

Returns and right of withdrawal
We want you to feel completely secure when shopping with us. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, the item can be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel the purchase. Return costs are covered by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed or we have not informed about this in advance. There are, of course, no fees incurred when exercising the right of withdrawal.
