At Fotofryd we do our best to ensure that you receive your photo as quickly as possible. Each photo is produced to order, and delivery times may therefore vary slightly.

• Production time: 6–8 business days

• Shipping: Delivery time varies depending on the country the order is shipped to.

• Shipping to mainland Norway is always included

Returns and cancellation rights
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned to the seller without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notification of the right of withdrawal has been given. The buyer covers the return costs, unless otherwise agreed or the seller has failed to provide information about this. The seller cannot charge a fee for the buyer's exercise of the right of withdrawal.
